Consider the benefits of year round boarding in Kentucky, and raising a Kentucky-bred. The Kentucky Thoroughbred Breeders’ Incentive Fund has projected $12,000,000 in funds annually to benefit those who raise Kentucky-breds. Your own Kentucky-bred can “keep you in the game” with residuals long after selling your yearling. Under the Kentucky program, you will receive 10% of your homebred’s earnings anytime he wins a stakes, maiden or allowance race in North America. Additionally, this lucrative program is without boundaries, and contains award components for many major international races worldwide. “It really pays to breed Thoroughbreds in Kentucky.”
